“ESTHEVA”. The name may sound exotic, but its meaning is simple. A place where life is always a beautiful and rejuvenating spa experience. An experience derived from a balance of body, mind and soul. That is our philosophy and way of service, as we meticulously and continuously seek to provide our clients with a high level of service, and with some of the finest treatments and skincare products from around the world.
The Divine Meaning of ESTHEVA
To begin with, “ESTHEVA” is the auspicious marrying of: “Esthetics”, which means a branch of philosophy dealing with beauty and the beautiful; and “Eva”, which means the mother of life or life-giving. In fact, the name was divinely inspired by a visit to the natural thermal spas in Southern Italy, famous for its rejuvenating and healing properties. These were centres of an opulent lifestyle of the ancient Romans of relaxation, rejuvenation and indulgence.
The Birth of ESTHEVA Spa
As the story goes, the founders were enchanted by the abundantly rich and beautiful flora and fauna in all its splendour around these natural sulphuric thermal spas. As such, the nature here were also more verdant and exuberant than anywhere else. In particular, the young overflowing olive trees were bearing fruits earlier and more luscious than anywhere else. Even the many playful frogs seen frolicking in these warm “life-giving” waters appeared to be most lively and exotically stunning with an amazingly brilliant and glittering sheen on their skin. That in a nutshell, inspired the beautifying and rejuvenating concepts and meaning of ESTHEVA. Thus, ESTHEVA was born to capture and perpetuate the life-giving and life-enhancing properties of the thermal water with its spa treatments in a luxuriating environment.
