[Temporary Spa Closure Notice]

Please be informed that we are temporarily closed as the management of the HOTEL (PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay), which is also our Landlord, has suddenly decided to completely close the hotel for renovation, partly due to the current coronavirus pandemic situation. Though sudden, we fully respect the firm action of the Hotel.

We have endeavored to contact all our affected customers but if you missed our communication, please do not hesitate to contact or call us through the normal channels.

We will keep you inform of our re-opening and definitely be back soon to serve you even better. Meanwhile, stay safe and well. We miss you too.

Confirmed Spa Appointment

For a confirmed spa appointment, it is always advisable to book your facial, massage or spa treatment session at least 2 weeks in advance. Please also note that any spa booking for a VIP Couple Spa Suite for your couple spa treatments is subject to availability.

A Gentle Spa Reminder

As a reminder, do remember to arrive at least 15 minutes before your spa appointment. This is especially if it is your first visit to our Spa as you will need to complete a personal and medical information form.
